About Our Presenters:
 
Gary L. Yerke, J.D., is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Fidelity Investments, where he manages a legal group that supports Fidelity’s retirement plan business. A specialist in taxation and employee benefits for more than 25 years, he was previously an ERISA partner in private law practice and head of the employee benefits division for a regional bank.  Mr. Yerke is a frequent lecturer and author of numerous articles on taxation and employee benefits.  He currently serves on the IRS Determination Letter Liaison Committee and the DOL Subcommittee of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries and previously served on the Profit Sharing Council of America Legal and Legislative Committee and the U.S Chamber of Commerce Employee Benefits Committee.  He has provided comments and testimony on proposed regulations to the DOL, IRS, PBGC and ERISA Advisory Council. He received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College Of Law.

Roger O. Nieves, CFA is an Executive Vice President in the Newport Beach office and head of the investment due diligence team within PIMCO’s global wealth management group. In this role, Mr. Nieves is responsible for managing the firm's relationships with research platforms across the broker-dealer, bank, and trust bank segment, for all product and vehicle offerings globally, such as mutual funds, separate accounts, alternative investments, and asset allocation. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2001, he was a manager of financial analysis at Nissan Motor Corporation and an associate at Goldman Sachs. He has 17 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Washington University, St. Louis. He also holds a master's degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine.

Brad T. Hensley is a Vice President with Fidelity Investments.  Brad has worked for Fidelity Investments since 2003 and he is responsible for new Fidelity 401(k) client relationships through plan consultants in the Southwestern United States for plans in the $100M - $1B range.  Prior to joining Fidelity, Brad worked at Great-West Life in Cleveland, Ohio, and has over 17 years of experience in the defined contribution industry. Brad has three children and he and his wife reside in North County San Diego. He is a graduate of Kenyon College and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
